Big Brother Professional Edition will reach end-of-support on March 1, 2014. After this date technical support will no longer be available for this product.
To minimize disruption to your business, and protect your initial investment we have created a swap program for you to exchange Big Brother Professional Edition for Foglight Network Management System.
What you need to do:
- Have a current Big Brother Professional Edition license
- Contact your Quest Account Manager to discuss any particular questions you have regarding the retirement of Big Brother Professional Edition and the swap options. If you need assistance in locating your Quest Account Manager, please visit the Contact Us page on our website.
- Extend your maintenance agreement to March 1, 2014 if it will expire before this date, and you do not wish to exchange Big Brother Professional Edition for Foglight Network Management System.
